2. Purchases & Payments

Orders

• You confirm that your payment information is valid and accurate.
• We might cancel orders for reasons including:
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Product out of stock
• Orders shipped to Saudi Arabia, India, or Brazil may have additional shipping charges.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are charged monthly or annually (automatically renew unless canceled).
• You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

Refunds

• Refunds are available in these cases:
  • Orders not delivered (after 60 days for international, 45 days for U.S. orders)
  • Items received are damaged or incorrect (proof required)
• Non-refundable:
  • Orders marked as delivered (tracking shows "delivered")
  • Subscription fees (unless required by law)

3. Product Listings & Pricing

• Prices and product availability can change at any time without notice.
• We are not liable for errors, delays, or inaccuracies.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use joinio.space to:
Break the law or violate intellectual property rights
Harass, discriminate, or distribute malware
Scrape data or send spam
Bypass security measures

Violating these rules may result in account closure.

5. Third-Party Services

• We process payments through Stripe, PayPal, and Rapyd.
• We are not liable for external websites linked from our Service.
• Please review third-party policies before using their services.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for:
  • Service outages
  • Indirect damages (such as lost profits)
  • Actions of third parties
• Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 6 months.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• These terms are governed by Florida law (U.S.).
• Disputes will be resolved first by negotiation, then arbitration if needed.

8. Changes to Terms

• We will notify you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance.
• Continuing to use the Service means you accept the revised terms.
